Rules for using words, pictures and recordings to express your choices.

1. Service and account
Vequlio provides personal phrase boards, large-text messages, choices, optional recordings and selected content packs. Entry uses a device-based account identifier; email registration or an email password is not required. Keep control of your device and account. If the identifier is lost, earlier server data may not be recoverable automatically.
2. Your content and consent
You retain rights in text, photos and recordings you provide. You permit vequlio to store, process and transmit them only as needed to provide the service and the actions you choose. Use only material you own or are allowed to use, and ask people before recording or sharing their identifiable image or voice. Do not secretly record, impersonate another person's wishes, harass others or use the app unlawfully.
A helper may prepare content only with the person's permission. A tap or playback does not prove that someone understood or agreed to a request.
3. Cloud saving and exports
Saved boards and media are intended to reside on service servers, with local drafts and cache on your device. Only content confirmed as successfully synced can be restored from the server. Preview material before sharing or exporting it; a recipient may retain a copy. Media links can be accessible to someone who has the full URL. Deleted board records and media files may be removed at different times, and an export or third-party backup cannot be recalled through Vequlio.
4. Everyday use and limits
Vequlio is not a medical, emergency or decision-making service and does not guarantee that every communication need can be met. Keep another way to communicate if the device, network, battery or speaker is unavailable. Review text and audio together when wording changes. Camera, Photos and microphone access are optional for text features.
5. Coins and optional content
Basic personal expression does not require a purchase. Optional coins can unlock identified content packs. The app shows the coin cost before an exchange, and expressing a phrase does not spend coins. Coins are not money, cannot be transferred or cashed out, and are not a subscription. Apple presents and processes purchase prices, taxes and authorization. Pending or failed transactions must not add coins, and the same transaction or exchange must not be applied twice.
Spent consumable coins may not be restored by Apple's standard Restore Purchases function. For purchase questions, contact us with enough information to locate the transaction without sending full card details. Refund requests are handled through Apple and applicable law.
6. Ending use and deletion
You can log out, export selected content, remove individual boards or select Delete saved data in the app. When that action succeeds, all data associated with your account on our servers is deleted, and local copies are cleared. Logging out or uninstalling does not delete account data. Copies already shared with others and purchase history held by Apple are outside our servers. For questions, contact Vequlio@gmail.com.
7. Responsibility and rights
Use the service with care for others' privacy and rights. We aim to provide the advertised functions but cannot guarantee uninterrupted network or device access. Nothing in these terms limits mandatory consumer or privacy rights under applicable law.
